Removing Nipples and Belly Button!!

Karim Boumjimar is an 18 years old Spanish/Moroccan artist that posted pictures after he removes some of his body parts, like the nipples and the belly button. 

The teenager, who lives in London, plans to sell them as a necklace (belly button) and earrings (nipples) to the highest bidder. 

He said that the operation was not really legally but they give him so many drugs that it was ok, after all it made him more aerodynamic, he claims. 

One question. But why?
