Smashing Spanish Man's Face!!

This is the shocking moment a thug smashed a plank of wood into a man’s face after he screamed at him to ‘speak English’. 

Daniel Way initially gave a no comment interview to police following the racially aggravated attack on 27-year-old victim Tomas Gil, in Bournemouth, Dorset. 

But the 37-year-old, from Poole, admitted to the offence after being shown CCTV footage of himself assaulting Mr Gil, and a police officer claimed Way ‘smirked’ as he was shown photographs of his victim’s injuries. 

Simon Jones, prosecuting, told Bournemouth Crown Court that the defendant ‘screamed at the victim ‘******* Spanish, speak in English’.
