Skimbording or Skimming is a boardsport in which a skimboard (just like a surfboard but smaller and without fins) is used to glide across the water's surface to meet an incoming, breaking wave, and ride it back to shore.

This Skimboard professional, Austin Keen, was filmed gliding towards a wave that was impossible, at least we thought that, to reach, and then he returnes without losing his balance. A fantastic move..
