Miss Beverly Hills, Chanelle Riggan got something very important off her chest at the Miss California USA finals ... her top. She managed some do-it-yourself repairs to her pink bikini after it let her down as she walked to the front of the stage during the Miss California USA Contest.

Red-faced Chanelle saw the funny side as she held her swimsuit together behind her back and finished fourth runner-up despite showing more than she intended of her body to the judges, her two breasts.. :D
