High Speed Chase in Dallas!

So a man is trying to escape from the police, it would be easier on foot after we see the size of the cops, but that's not de point here.

The point here is that the fleeing driver, at some point colides into two vans, but in one of them, an angry woman gets out of the vehicle and start demanding some explanations in a particular brutal way!!

P.S. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with that guy rolling on the ground? WTF is he doing??!
