Washington Police Kills Mexican!

This happened in Washington, in Pasco, and the video shows a Mexican guy, being killed by the american police!

I'm perplexed. I don't know what happened before but three cops against one guy and still shooting him is insanely stupid in my opinion and it's a complete abuse of force!!

We want to be safe on the streets and criminals must be punished, but shooting a man, close range, when he has already stoped running it not punishment. Any different opinion over there?
