Driving Lessons in Exchange for Sex!

In the Netherlands, driving schools can accept sex as payment for driving lessons, the offer must be proposed by the school and not by the student and are involving people over 18 years.

Two Dutch Ministers understand that offering classes in exchange for sex is not prostitution because it does not involve the sale of sex. However, offer sex in exchange for lessons would be an offense.
