Man Stabbed in Brain Through His Eye Socket!!

A young man who got in a row with his sister's boyfriend was stabbed so violently the large knife got wedged in his eye socket and pierced his brain. 

Alberto Palacio Vizcaino, 22, was having an argument with his younger sister's boyfriend Daniel Del Valle Serrano when the devastating injury happened. 

Daniel, also 22, grabbed a knife and slammed it straight into Alberto's eye before running off. Speaking from his hospital bed, Alberto said: "He swore at me, took a knife out and when I tried to step back from him, he simply attacked." 

Vizcaino was taken to hospital and had to wait for 18 hours with the blade in his head for a team of doctors to be assembled who could extract it. The knife penetrated 8 centimetres (3.1 inches) into the side of Vizcaino’s eye socket and also pierced his brain.
