Topless Woman Helps Stop Speeding Drivers!

Officials in the Nizhny Novgorod region, around 250 miles outside Russia, used two half-naked women to grab the attention of speeding motorists in the hope their saucy display would convince people to slow down. 

When the women noticed cars travelling at speeds exceeding 40mph, breaking the maximum speed limit in Russian cities, they flashed road signs reading either “60” or “40”. 

The experiment, set up by public organisation “Autodvijenie”, proved to be a success as most of the speeding drivers, the majority of whom happened to be men, slowed down to admire the female road safety assistants.
